“You look cool, you can’t be depressed” Well, it is a very real possibility. Depression is very real and not a term to be lightly used. Although seen synonymously with - not being successful in life, not being pretty enough, not being good enough. That is not true. The prettiest, smartest of minds could be suffering and you wouldn’t know. Often seen as a disease that makes you unattractive & uncool - show others that you don’t need to be a certain way or fit a stereotype. Be there for people, show empathy. It’s what makes this world a better place to live in.
